Thailand: Western Media Blames Victims of Mob Violence

October 15, 2020 (Tony Cartalucci - ATN) - The Western media including the BBC, Reuters, AP, and AFP are attempting to give legs to an argument blaming a Royal motorcade for being on a road where violent protesters were and for provoking attempts to block it, harass, and threaten the occupants which included the King's wife and their 15 year old son.

This is like blaming a victim of robbery or rape or any other crime - blaming them instead of those who committed the offense. Regardless of conspiracy theories about the route taken - the protesters could have easily controlled themselves and allowed the motorcade to pass. They did not.

This attempt to blame the victims of the anti-government's habitual violence is a bid to frame resulting emergency laws aimed at permanently ending the protests as extreme and unjust.

The US-funded anti-government mobs in Thailand have for months claimed they do not oppose the monarchy but simply want to reform it. Their actions - however - tell an entirely different story and reflect their wider and very obvious desire to destroy the nation, its culture, history, traditions, and institutions and overwrite them with versions created by and for their foreign sponsors.
